Oh great. Now I have to get my kg to lbs calculator. π Still going strong here, also. I don't weigh myself until Monday. Try not to weigh myself too much. Else the numbers don't seem to move.

I am right there with you. Lost both of my parents within 10 days of each other a couple years back and weight just piled back on. Just now trying to get back into the swing of things. If I don't do something soon, I am not going to be able to.

I could use a motivational partner, also. I am a 54 year old who had recent blood work done that did not look good. Doctor told me I have Kidney Disease from all the extra weight, high blood pressure, etc. I have been using Weight Watchers for the past couple of months and so far so good. Down roughly 30 lbs.
