  • I’ve lost most of my age related aches and pains, which doesn’t mean that I’ve lost most of my weight yet. I’ve gained the regular daily practice of yoga. Weight changes are slow to follow. I’ve lost impatience about that.
  • I am on the struggle bus, so I don’t know that I have helpful suggestions. But one thing I’m doing right is exercise daily. Exercise helps me stay in a better mood and experience less anxiety, so it’s self rewarding.
  • Personally I prefer the nutrient breakdowns in my fitness pal. Like someone else said, I rebel when something is arbitrarily assigned a lot more points than it’s calorie breakdown. However, weight watchers has helped me lose weight. I struggle in this time of isolation with stress eating. So, I’m trying not to be critical…
  • I too love yoga and practice usually daily. I have a good bit of weight to lose and had lost about 15 pounds. Since quarantine, I indulge in too much stress eating. Gained back 7 pounds. Trying to post here in order to change something up, hopefully for the better
  • I am trying to curb my appetite. I have the exercising as a daily endeavor down. Yoga and/or Essentrics and mobility and flexibility exercises. I’m older so not super strenuous. But, my weight is the result of poor food choices, so trying to be more mindful. Good luck to all of us, whatever stage we are in.
