Ugh! I hope you can get some relief for your shoulder. I know how debilitating shoulder injuries can be. My right arm was almost useless for about two years and, in that time, my upper arm girth decreased by an inch as compared to my left arm.

Thanks for the kind words, but I don't know how much of an inspiration I am as my back is in such terrible shape because of my own stupidity. Kissimmee, FL (unfortunately). I used to love it but it's grown too much. The traffic and noise make me nuts. I'm only staying here because my elderly granny lives here. I work out at 24 Hour Fitness. I used to be a trainer. I'll be one again after I get back in shape and get recertified.
