Fizzled way early this month. Didn't even make it half way. My nemesis - alcohol. My habit is a soothing drink after an arduous exercise. Then my tracking becomes kind of dishonest then just plain fizzles. I like to think that I ain't drinking that much. Not like I got legal problems, marital problems or financial problems…

exercise - yes track - yes vudget - yes why? I lost a good amount of weight some years ago at weight watchers. I went there because I had hyperlipidemia (sp?) which is to say even my blood was fat. Doctor told me to make changes or plan on a short retirement plagued by infirmity. In other words no fun on my way out.

Hello December is a month where my dietary/fitness candle burns at both ends. Big uptick in feasting and libation coupled with a big downtick in exercise due to weather. I gotta get serious.
