day 10 yes x 3 kind of an active recovery day for exercise. Took Buddy out for an excursion.

day 9 yes x 3 good day for hill repeats. Closing the kitchen with 1000 exercise calories left on the table. Knee is a little bit sore. Active recovery tomorrow. But weather supposed to be passing through. See if that works.

@readyornot1234 I like thinking about you hanging out by a campfire. In my imagination I think what'd be cool is if there were them kind of things they call Northern Lights while you were hanging out there. If my memory serves, I think they got them by where you live.

Yes. On bike. I live kind of by the side of a mountain. There is a place there that I have been going to that is 2.5 miles of road but it goes up 1,000 feet. day 29 kitchen is closed so I guess I can post. yes x 3 Exercise on the light side of things. Pushed Bugsy Boy to Target and back. Little bit of elevation change in that. Maybe 40 feet. Staff at Target likes my little Buddy. It is kinda cool.

Day 28 Yes x 3 Yay day! Nice satisfying climb. Hot and sweaty on climb out. Then Wet for a chilly descent. Satisfied monthly climb goal criteria. Calories below my limit.

day 27 Kind of lost track of my food eating rolls I baked. Little bit of exercise taking Buddy to the park sledding. I should be able to get my cardio dose tomorrow. Streets will likely be dry. Riding on blacktop will be the order of the day. Saving grace of the day is kitchen closure at 6.00. Don't eat after that.

Pass day Don't remember how many I have. More than 3, I am sure. I keep buying that bag of peanuts thinking I can eat "serving size." Invariably I eat the whole bag. Good news is that I am really close to GW.
