day 17 yes x 3 ended up camping in a pup tent way up high on a mountain. Windy. I thought I could feel that tent picking me up. Made for fitful sleep. Rode bike for hours. GPS tracker didn't track it right. Seems like that always happens there.

day 11 yes x 3 Kind of light exercise. Took Buddy on an excursion to the department store a few blocks away. Pretty good hill on return. Pushing him up it counts as exercise. Not really hard cardio but still... He is always delighted to get out. I love his joyful expressions.

yes x 3 Light exercise. Walking. Thinking about light duty again tomorrow. Climb on Mon, Wed and Fri. That should have me within reach of my monthly climb goal.

yes x 3 Nice strong climb for 90 minutes or so. Supposedly 1500 calories. PR'd on seven segments. I didn't think I had that capacity in me any longer considering I have pretty well established averages on my usual segments or tracks. I wonder if I have a picture of that anywhere?

day 7 yes x 3 Got up before light drove up to my mountain spot. Got there before sunrise but it was light. Bit cold. Climbed on blacktop for a couple of hours before people started driving around.
