    Pass day for me.
    Did track everything...but over a bit ...and took exercise break to rest my foot. Have a new insole - hoping that helps with the plantar fasciitis.

    Another relatively lazy day - being as it's the weekend - with low cal / volume intake and sufficient walking to meet the UAC criteria. Workday-Monday will be more "the usual" for intake and activity.
