I've had issues with connecting my Fitbit and MFP yesterday and today. So today after not being able to sync by tonight I ended up just adding my exercises (25 min bodyweight exercises and hour-long bike ride) manually so I could complete my diary.
I'm at 4 passes already though, so not in the circle.4 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 12 minutes of cardio tabata + 2 mile walk this morning, and 60 minutes of house cleaning this evening.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!4 -

Exercise yes
I definitely would not have exercise today if not for logging here. It was an easy walk though with the dog to the park then around the house several times until I got my time in. Felt so good after the walk.
Calories yes
Tracking Yes.
I still have 3 pass days left so it is a yes for me.4 -

budget yes.I been out of whack for a couple of days. (exercise)
Got some climb today though.
I still need three thousand to get to the strava climbing merit badge.
So for me that is one and a half standard climbs.
I could conceivably do that by Tuesday.
No alcohol for a couple of days.
That is an uptick.
Had some today though.
Buddy came over right as I was getting back from my climb/ride.
That little guy is joy.
Ain't no depression when he is around.
I ought to put a picture and tell a story.
My exercise is all about climbing up a scrabbly road on a bicycle.
Sometimes I drive for hours to get to an even better scrabbly road.
Sometimes I go to a scrabbly road that has a creek flowing across it that has to be splashed through.
I don't mind telling you that is kind of exciting and fun.
That water is cold if you have to stick your foot in it.
This pic you kind of see a horizontal line running across the middle or so.
That's the road. It crosses that creek.
That creek has varying strength depending on what time of year you hit it.
But I got to where I can mostly splash through it without malady like falling in it.
That is what I like to do on vacation.
Heh, my vacation requires spending some time working up to.
Might be that I got mental problems.
Some kind of obscure insanity.
(too much alcohol, don't say it!)7 -
Hand raised for possible Winners' Circle! 1 pass day remaining. Unless my technical difficulties this week sabotaged me? I certainly tried to post here (to no avail), and I went back and updated each day once I was online again, but technically there was a 3-day period when I did not successfully post anything in the group.
Exercise - Yes - it's an off day for running, so went for a brisk 5 mile walk instead
Tracked - Yes

I should be in the circle! Still have one pass day left.

*raises hand* I definitely qualify. I have remained accountable this entire month and I'm so proud of myself. I've done an exercise every day nonstop, have been learning about and following macros and staying under my goals. I may not be where I'm at yet, but I know I'm on the right path! Just gotta stay motivated and keep it together!9 -

Yesterday was a mess. The days have been blurring together and I totally forgot to plan out and prepare meals for the quarter end sales push. Work was supposed to be smooth. Between mentoring calls, friends in crisis, last minute sales, and a host of other things it was a grab and go type of day. Got exercise in but most food was not recorded so I have no idea if I was within calorie goal. 5th pass day used. Will go back and log as best as I can.7

Another Pass Day4

I forgot to say I think I've got a good chance of qualifying. I've used all my pass days up but no plans ahead that look like I might need to go over calories or not track. Should be able to fit exercise in too.4

This is my post for Thursday and Friday as for some reason unable to get in but on Thursday I met all three along with Friday. I plan on bring in the winners circle for June!3

I see many having problems getting on - here too.
@russaliak2313 - Happy Belated Birthday!
@oldDogBiking - I am up in the white mountains in NH for a bit. I brought my mountain bike up as you have inspired me to ride. I suppose this will involve climbing (cuz...mountains) but I’m planning to stick to lower trails and paths. I have a tendency to make first attempts way beyond my capabilities but I am happy to say that, although I considered it, I opted not to take my bike up in the gondola and blindly “ride” down from the top (plus my husband voiced his adamant opposition to that brilliant idea). That’s pretty much the opposite of a climb. I’ve been doing climbs on my indoor cycle. It will be interesting to try to balance and avoid things outdoors. I will let you know if “interesting” is the right word choice after. The balancing part is making me nervous. It’s not one of my stronger skills.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
I've used all 3 of my Pass Days, so I will need to stay on the straight and narrow in order to be in the Winner's Circle. Definitely doable but getting through the weekend within my calorie budget is always a bit of a challenge. The weekend is when I generally give my 60 year old legs a rest from the running I do during the week, so that means I'm not burning as many calories which means less calories to work with. But I will do my best, not only to be in the Winner's Circle, but because I'm hoping to lose another 0.5 to 1 lb by the end of the month!
June 1st - 141.6 lbs (after weekend binge, Sat May 30 I was 138.6)
Today - 137.2
Goal for June 30 - under 137
Goal for July 31 - under 135
