Thank you so much! 🤍 I wasn’t really counting calories but some significant things I did were going low carb (less than 100g a day) and generally making healthier eating choices alongside working out 😊 I wasnt doing it 100% perfectly but I did try my best and saw promising results!

Can’t agree more! Did you have to cut out a lot of sugar as well? So far I have lost the weight through strength training and calorie deficit, but am trying to step it up by strictly going low carb and incorporating HIIT as well. What do you think?😄
