Push day! Got everything in except skull crushers this morning. I didn't have time to wait for a flat bench to become available before I had to start getting ready for work. Next time maybe I'll start with those to make sure I can get them done.

Leg day! Squats, leg press, calf raises, leg curls and leg extension I also took my son for a walk around the town park this morning for 40 mins

Are you using a food scale to measure your portions? It could very well be water weight, maybe you had something with a little extra sodium. I blow up when I have something a little salty. Could also be where you are at in your monthly cycle.

First day back at doing Strong Lifts program, went very light just to make sure I don't over do it first day back at program. Squats, Overhead Press and Deadlifts today :)

My initial goal was to do work out A from Stronglifts but both squat racks were taken and the gym was unusually busy for 5am. So i made adjustments and did leg day, minus squatting. Leg press, Leg curls, Leg extensions, Standing calf raises and 20 mins of light cardio.

I tend to work out super early in the morning prior to work. I usually use Cellucor C4 as a preworkout. The artic snowcone is an awesome flavor that isn't overwhelming.

I had low potassium when I was recently admitted to the hospital with preeclamsia. I was to the point I was vomiting so much it was throwing off my electrolytes. I had such bad cramps in my legs from the low potassium. Did they prescribe a supplement like Klorcon to help raise your potassium?

I'm an RN unit manager in long term care. I was covering our 11p to 7a supervision shift. 🙃

I became pretty good friends with our rehab director. The more we talk, the more I feel bad about the PDPM changes that are happening.
