for me, morning is what works best. i can get up, get my workout in, get to work and on with my day. When I used to rely on evening workouts, I could think of a million excuses to never go. In the morning, nobody else is up. I got up with the thought that you never regret a workout... but you regret the one you didn't do.

Find what works best for you, and it may take trial and error. You have to want it for yourself and nobody else. Maybe find someone who is on a similar journey and hold each other accountable. Try your best to make new habits and stick to what works. You can do this!
