  • My main focus right now is meeting my daily movement and step goals from google fit, but I'm also working on tracking water and food at least five days a week, eating only when I'm hungry, and getting 8 hours of sleep a night.
  • My appetite is finally adjusting and I am getting away from my bad habits of emotional/boredom eating. I'm even doing pretty well at avoiding the endless office treat stream that happens between Halloween and Christmas!
