I gain 3 to 4 pounds every time I get my period. I don’t even worry about it. And worrying about one pound is micromanaging. Everyone’s weight fluctuates slightly from day to day depending on hormones, diet, fluids, or time of day. One pound means nothing, so don’t sweat it.

I was having the same issue even though both services showed a connection. I fixed it by going through the MFP app to “Steps” and ticking the Garmin option (it wasn’t checked). Then I closed MFP, synced Garmin, opened MFP to refresh, and my steps showed up.

Same. But just turned 46. I’m done. Not just with the weight issues but also with the aches and pains and lack of flexibility due to natural aging.
