Try whipping 3 of them in a stiff meringue with .25 tsp cream of tartar, a splash of vanilla and fold in one scoop the no-sugar flavored protein powder of choice (chocolate? vanilla?) and then make drops on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake them for about 20 minutes at 350. Enjoy with coffee or tea.
