Bit late on the dinner conversation but we had spicy black beans with veggie sausages and toast. Got back in at 8.30pm from walking the dog and couldn't muster anything more exciting. I'm very jealous of @kmfeig87's cobbler though. Mmmmm sounds delicious!

I should also say that starting these food habits is absolutely the hardest bit. It's gets so much easier with time because it just becomes a normal way of life.

Sure thing. One of the biggest challenges I faced is that my husband has a very fast metabolism and needs to eat A LOT more calories than me. It doesn't work to just try to stick to smaller portions, either I'm left feeling hungry or he has too much food to eat. So, I've needed to do a few things to get around this: 1.…

The second thing I wanted to share is that sadly the hard part for me is definitely not over! This is my weight chart since I first discovered MFP 10 years ago. If you could see the data points you would see that every time I stop using the app to chart my food and weight, it piles back on again with some extra. I'm good…

So as I approach goal weight I wanted to share a couple of things with you all. Firstly, this is me in my shorts from eight months ago. I was ~200 lb back then (having already lost a bit of weight from my heaviest around June 2019 - when I was too scared to step on the scales). When I joined F2F in January my goals were to…

Lots of really great losses this week Trimstones! Well done!

Yes his cuteness fortunately overrides the amount of stress he brings! We think he might have a bit of labrador and possibly pointer in there somewhere but no one really knows.

So thanks to this hairy hooligan we've been getting hardly any sleep for the last week, which hasn't helped with healthy eating choices as I crave energy. I have at least been easily making my 10k steps each day and having a bit of an arm workout (as he does not know how to walk nicely on a lead yet)! The poor thing was so…

Love this Jessica! 1. Erm because I'm terrible at making up online names so just used my own when I set up the account 10 long years ago. There's been several ups and downs since then. 2. All of you are really inspiring me but @jessicakrall8 for sharing the good and the bad and always being there to perk us up. @angmarie28…

WEEK ONE - HEALTHY HABIT Here's mine folks... On Saturday mornings I used to hate getting out of bed after a long, hard week of work, not enough sleep and probably too much wine on Friday night. I'd stay in my bed or on the couch playing on my phone. In December I decided to break that habit and replace it with a healthy…

For July, we're focusing on healthy habits. I'd like you to post, each week, one healthy habit you have adopted, or that you want to adopt,…

Welcome to all our new folk (and those returning to the family after a break)! If anyone wants to add me as a motivational friend or to swap recipe ideas please feel free to do so! Hoping they have now fixed the bug that's stopped lots of people accessing Community via the app! It does seem to work via the web version if…

@jessicakrall8 @kmfeig87 WOW ladies, you've done so well with your weight losses so far! Congratulations! @mulecanter I'm the queen of yo-yoing - I'll post my embarrassing MFP chart one day - it looks like a seascape with all the waves.
