1/10 Track Yes Calories At Exercise 30 mins airport laps and 25 minutes light at home weights. Warming up those muscles after taking a week off! 1/8 Track Yes Calories At Daily Goal Exercise 45 minute walk It's been a tough few days on this vacation. Looking forward to going home Tuesday and getting back on track. Week 4 Previous Weight 202.6 Current Weight 200.8 -1.8 Still moving in the right direction. I was 199.2 Saturday, so I think I'll be out of the 2s this week for good!!!
