I love my Suunto M5. I have used Polar's in the past and wasn't happy with them.

I did day 6 of week 3 yesterday, today's my rest day. Week 4 definitely looks tough...

I started week 3 today, the duck walks are crazy, but I do prefer this workout to week 2. Thankfully, the scale has started moving again - I was down 1.7lb when I did my weigh in yesterday!

I use Tony Sfeir's Designer Physique 100% Naturel Whey Protein Isolate in double chocolate and vanilla ice cream. It has 24g of protein per serve and only 0.9g of carbs. They taste pretty good and they are made with all natural ingredients. www.tonysfeir.com.au

Day 2 of week 2 complete, so much plank work! Hopefully by the end of the week I will be able to do the 2min of plank cardio without a break.

I finished day 6 week 1 yesterday, today is my rest day. I did my weigh in this morning and the scales didn't move. Oh well, hopefully next week I'll start seeing some results...

Week 1 day 3 complete, I'm loving it so far!

I finished it too, I did 30 days straight without a break. I lost 7.5lb in total. I started out as 127.4lb and am now 119.9lb. I'm no good at converting centimetres to inches, so I'll post my measurements as centimetres: - Waist was 82cm now 77cm - Hips was 93cm now 90cm - Left Thigh was 57cm now 55cm - Right Thigh was…

I'm in! I actually started it today (Oct 31), I'm planning on doing it 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday. I just finished the 30 Day Shred yesterday and loved it. There's lots of familiar moves in week 1 of Ripped.

I had the same problem with my FT4, it seems to be a common issue with the Polar HRM with the wearlink chest straps. After about 2 months of use my FT4 would take ages to find my heart rate when I put on the strap and either be at 0 or 90% during a workout. I had to send mine in for repair.

I'm all for morning workouts, I get up at 4am. It's a great way to start the day!

Level 2 done! I'm so glad that I don't have to do the chair squats with v raise any more, they killed me every time. I keep hearing that level 2 is harder than level 3, I hope that's right...

I'm past the half way mark now, today is day 6 of level 2. I did my weigh in this morning and got my best results so far in any workout that I have ever done. I'm down 3.3 pounds this week, last week I only lost 1.1 - I'm now 123 pounds. I'm still doing it every day and I also do about 40mins of cardio after the shred, I…

I love her too. I'm currently doing the 30 Day Shred, I just finished day 5 of level 2, I do it every day. I have also done Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and her Cardio Kickbox workout from The Biggest Winner box set is great. I think I'll give Ripped in 30 a try when I have finished 30DS.

I started level 2 today and really enjoyed it, I thought I was going to hate it! I only had to take a 5 sec break during the plank jacks, which says a lot about my improvement in strength and stamina. :)

Level 1 Day 10 done! Starting level 2 tomorrow, I'm a bit scared...

I lost just over a pound, but I'm going to wait until the end before I check my measurements again.

Hi Everyone! I'm new to the forums and came across this thread. I have been doing the 30 Day Shred since the beginning of the month - today I finished Day 7 of Level 1. I'm still struggling with the pushups, I can only do the modified version, and I find the lunges with bicep curls pretty tough. I can already see a…
