  • I'm confused. Do you mean you find unhealthy options instead of the healthy foods you mention or are you actually forgetting to eat? Genuine question, I've forgotten to eat dinner for about three days. MFP yells at me. Set a reminder on your phone. And there's no shame in eating a healthy sandwich for dinner if cooking is…
  • January 3 Exercised for 35 mins at the gym. Only 20 mins of cardio today and I think I hurt myself. So tomorrow may well be a pass day - or more likely lots of home cleaning exercise! Well under my calorie goal today All tracked and in! Have a great week everyone!
  • I stopped tracking for Christmas and Boxing day and didn't care - put on 2kg (4.5 pounds). It went away again by the next week
  • @kshama2001 thank you for posting that, it was incredibly interesting!
  • It's technically possible - I'm sure some jobs (bike messenger? lumberjack in 1920?) would have people that do it but if you're asking for people that do that every day at the gym, that sounds dangerous?
  • I would echo the potential for a thyroid problem - doctors are always good to check things out but thyroid is statistically unlikely. Which is actually good - thyroid problems are less easily fixed and more of a major medical problem than they sound. I've been everywhere from 70kg (I'm tall - that's normal) to 160kg and…
  • 2 January all done! Exercise yes - 15 mins on the treadmill, 15 mins on a bike and walked to and from the gym. Plus worked out the arms again. No need to work out the legs, I've been accidentally doing that for years! Calories - Yes, waaaay under today for some reason, to the point MFP yelled at me and I had to eat an…
  • @RangerRickL That's brilliant! Thank you for those photos, we have nothing like that here (Australia) so those are thrilling! And I promise no Wile. E. Coyote jokes :)
  • Totally up for that! My goals change depending on the week (I break it up into little bits) but I just did the total math - I now need to lose 99.6 lbs (45ish kg) but will by then be down 190 lbs from my heaviest
  • Jan 1. Which is now over in Melbourne! Exercised?: Yes - an hour of light cleaning because that is unavoidable. 45 minutes at the gym - 30 mins cardio and then 15 mins of strength training. All about the arms because at the end of all of this I'd prefer not to resemble a bat. Again. Calories?: Yes - ended up significantly…
  • Firstly thank you so much to @RangerRickL for setting this up! First timer here - just discovered the community section. I lost 58kg/128lbs almost a decade ago aaaaand almost eight years later I was back up and more to a sprinkle over 350lbs. I'm casually back down to ~275lbs after two years of not trying very hard to do…
