January 3 Exercised for 35 mins at the gym. Only 20 mins of cardio today and I think I hurt myself. So tomorrow may well be a pass day - or more likely lots of home cleaning exercise! Well under my calorie goal today All tracked and in! Have a great week everyone!

I stopped tracking for Christmas and Boxing day and didn't care - put on 2kg (4.5 pounds). It went away again by the next week

It's technically possible - I'm sure some jobs (bike messenger? lumberjack in 1920?) would have people that do it but if you're asking for people that do that every day at the gym, that sounds dangerous?

Totally up for that! My goals change depending on the week (I break it up into little bits) but I just did the total math - I now need to lose 99.6 lbs (45ish kg) but will by then be down 190 lbs from my heaviest
