Weigh Day Thursday PW: 216.8 (from two weeks ago) CW: 225.0 Ohhh the gains--🤨 So much easier than the losses. I had some sort of bug (COVID negative) and pretty much used it as an excuse to take two weeks off logging and working out--and this is the result. Time to turn it around!

Mine is open too... I'm not always consistent with logging...but working on it. I have lost around 40 pound so far. Lost some, gained some, lost some more (maybe those should be semicolons?). Still want to lose another 50 pounds.

Happy Tuesday! Looking at what went well in 2021: I finished the year just about twenty pounds lighter than I started.
