Weigh in day: Monday PW: 268.3 CW: 267.6 This week was a step in the right direction. I did better with meal planning and making better choices. Goals for the week: Strength train 3x Mobility 2x Drink 2L of water daily, minimum Read for 10 minutes daily Stay within calorie range (2000-2400 calories)

@melaniedscott I think I would also like to do the steps challenge. I will start on Sunday and put them in for next week. I guess my goal would be 9000 steps per day? I think it might help with consistency.

Weigh in day: Sunday PW: 266.5 lbs CW: 265.9 lbs This past week was hard, because of hormones/period most likely. I wanted to eat everything and I felt very tired. I think it went OK because I still tried my best to stay on track and I stayed active.

Maybe it's just the extra carbs in your system, as your body stores each gram of carbs that doesn't get used for energy with 3g of water attached to it. I find the day after I eat more carbs than usual my weight will go up but it's temporary and goes back down after. Lifting can also cause the scale to go up. And sometimes…
