  • Hi! My diet is also gluten and dairy free- I really try for the most part. Makes it tough when around my family who is not! I really like the structure of MFP and think it will help with motivation by tracking everything we eat and exercise!!
  • I’ve got a good 30 to lose, too, and I’m my late 40’s. New year, new decade! We can do this! Be Healthy!
