I do use them every so often, not every day. They are a supplement for me. I like spirulina a lot because I think I can feel the energy from it, and I also use also yerba matte green powder and collagen powder.

@Lasmartchika Thanks for your reply! You've been around the block trying things! I guess for me it's going to be a shorter time getting myself moving, even 30 minutes sounds like too much!
