  • @snowflake1968 —for tracking your weight, have you tried Happy Scale? It’s a free app and does a great job of showing you averages for a week, month, 90 days, etc as well as trends especially if you weigh daily (more data, better estimates). Really easy to use, assuming you bring your phone along to wherever you weigh in.
