Mornings are rough for me, I have to be at work super early. I do have a treadmill though, maybe that would help to get me rolling. I don’t see myself waking up early enough to head to the gym, then work. But home is an option. Thanks for the advice 🙂.

I am on the same page! I just want to feel better about myself. I’m not looking to go crazy, just gradually get there. I’m looking for some accountability buddies, maybe it will modivate me to stick with it. 🙂

That’s a good idea! I think once I get in the habit it will become more natural. I just have to get through these first few weeks.

Thanks for the advice! I’m one day in, but I am feeling confident I can do better this round. 🙂 My goal is mainly portion control and just in general a little healthier options. I agree that the extreme diets are crazy.
