When I write out recipes for my own recipe box, I leave out most of the instructions because I automatically know what to do. I'm sure my kids will love that in the future! 😂

I know the feeling. We have a tight budget, and my husband and I have very different metabolisms. There are also some specific foods he doesn't go for. Also here looking for accountability friends. I'm not crazy about my check-up numbers either. I developed hypothyroidism after I had my son which didn't help. Plus family history of hbp and diabetes.
