Hit all 3 goals yesterday (first day of reporting here!) including a first day back to active yoga and boy did I need it - abs and arms are feeling it today. Feeling extra tired as I adjust to lower calories and regular exercise. Plus I’m staving off cravings with an afternoon coffee. Hoping to cut that out next week.
