Chia seeds are great. They are very high in fibre. I have a tablespoon in my blueberries and yoghurt in the morning. Pears and apples are also high. Baked potato with skin on etc.

I buy a bulk shop with spinach, bananas, frozen strawberries etc. I bag it all into individuals bags for freezer then lift one out every morning, add some fage, orange juice, chia seeds and lean green powder and blend. Don’t have a lot of time in the morning so this saves a bit!
