I have never been weighed anywhere besides a doctor's office, so I'm not sure where else you could get weighed. Is there a reason you don't want to purchase a scale?

The minimum a sedentary female should be eating is 1200 calories a day. If you are eating that little a doctor is a really good idea.

Weight loss is caused by being in a calorie deficit. If you aren't losing you likely aren't in a calorie deficit. My tip use a food scale and weigh and log everything you eat.

If you haven't already please get clearance from your doctor before starting any program. You might end up doing more harm than good.

On your previous post didn't you say that you eat between 1200-1500 calories a day? If you were eating that you'd be steadily losing weight. You wouldn't be eating at maintenance.

You can't spot reduce where you lose weight. You can only eat in a calorie deficit, exercise(if you are able), and hope the weight comes off where you want. You want to lose 7 inches off your stomach. How many lbs are you trying to lose?

I am a female. Current weight is 189. Pants size 16-18.

I live on the west coast, and I've almost been evacuated twice. I've several friends and family members that have lost their homes. Entire streets of homes and businesses have been destroyed. It's absolutely heartbreaking to see.

Mfp is designed for you to eat back your exercise calories. You don't want to net less then 1200 calories a day, so eating them back is a great.

I have PCOS. I don't have to take any medications, and I'm steadily losing about a lb a week, by being mindful of my calories. Since you are predebetic a referral to a registered dietian might help.

If you only have 10 lbs to lose that's going to be really slow. Healthy weight loss is .5 lbs a week. You have to be counting everything carefully. Are you using a food scale?
