You should experiment with different carbs, and see what works best for you. What causes puffiness or bloating in one person might not cause the same in you.

How long have you been following your diet and exercise program?

Healthy weight loss would be 1 lb a week. 1200 is the lowest mfp will give for a female. Plus eating back your exercise calories.

The scanning app doesn't guarantee you'll get an accurate calorie count. You still need to vet the items. Keep up with your logging double check your items, and you'll see the results. There's nothing wrong with losing weight at a slower pace.
