I am new on here. I have met with a Nutritionist and have started at a Weight Loss Clinic. They have set a goal for me to be on a 2000 calorie daily diet. I have a history of kidney stones (18 at different times in my life). Due to this I cannot have: Cokes, Teas, Coffee, Chocolate, any type of beans, foods that are high in oxylate, any type of nuts, limit calcium intake, pineapple, etc... I am looking for some help with foods that I can plan for meals but stay within the 2000 calories daily. My toughest one is breakfast. I could use any help or advice. Thanks!!!
