  • Is anyone still using their Simplyfit board? I had purchased mine a year or so ago, used it for awhile and then in the closet it went and started using the treadmill. I had forgotten all about it, it will be coming out of the closet tonight and getting used.
  • I am a deskjockey as well. I was given a Fitbit for Christmas and I love it. I have set my inactive time to help me get up and move around to get my steps in. I would enjoy being friends with anyone here.

  • Hi Everyone! I'm 5'1 and my starting weight on 1/5 was 145.2 I am now down to 139.2. I have found that when I keep track of everything I eat I loose weight easier. Also I have starting walking again, trying to do 3 miles a day at a slight incline. I have also restarted doing THRIVE and that is helping as well.
  • Using my food scale more now that I am eating healthier and want to make sure my portions are correct. I am on the fence about buying an Instapot. I have an Air Fryer and I love it! I just did french fries on Wednesday night and felt no guilt at eating my 3 ounces!
