I also swim Sat & Sun for 60 minutes As of the last week I have added a 5:00 AM swim for 60 minutes 3 x week. I dropped to 231 and seemed to have plateaued. I have to get into the 220 s…

Hit the 231 pound mark today. Heading the right way though. Its amazing that my net calorie consumption is consistently below 1500 but the pounds move so slowly. I guess when it takes 40 + years to put it on getting it gone is a big chore. That stomach visceral fat is one very difficult fat to reduce.

Followed up with a 45 minutes swim changing between high intensity to medium intensity. 20 minutes sauna. That 1 cold beer (lite) sure tasted good today. I brought…

LOL I have even kept my old belt when my waistline hit 46. I dated each hole when i needed to add holes to reduce the size to fit my waist. Its now at around 40" I still kept the belt although I don't wear it I do put it on and add the holes needed to adjust to the right waist size. Hows that for being focused? LOL.

I agree with you, this is new to me so I want to see results because of being so anal on calorie intake and my workouts. I'm sure it will subside "slightly" once I know what affects me and what doesn't. Thanks for the encouragement.

63 years young and retired May of 2018. Did a lot of abuse to my body over the decades. Clocked in just shy of 300 pounds when I left the desk job. Currently whittled myself down to 240 pounds and targeting 220 for the end of March and 210 for the end of June. Work out hard every day and started watching my calories which…
