I log my main meals in the morning and then I can decide how snacks, coffee runs with coworkers etc, fit into my day! I had a few run ins with nothing left come dinner time, so this helps me to stay balanced

Same here! I keep healthy and low calorie snacks at my desk and work some into my budget every day ... but i eat a mint anytime i want something just out of boredom (knowing the mint would ruin the taste takes the fun out for me)

When I'm bored at night and want to snack we try to take walks and now that it's the winter I try to go to the condo gym and just walk on the treadmill. Usually I decide against a snack when I get back unless I am actually hungry.
