Exactly what Claire said. Just go do your thing!💪🏻😃

I try to lift 5-6 days a week. But my limit is 3 days in a row, in-order to get some recovery time in.

Read Mike Mathews stuff. Or visit bodybuilding.com

So finished 75HARD. Didn’t go as well as I hoped as gyms were closed for first 3 weeks. Then injured my lower back in the last week. But still enjoyed the challenge and it’s been worthwhile.

At least it’s stirred up debate. Each to their own journey, I guess.

You don’t have to stick to it rigidly. I’m taking the concept and outline but making it my own.

Yes, one of your workouts has to be outside and can be a walk. So 45mins of walking and 45mins of bodyweight exercises or stretching/core or lifting. You wouldn’t lift 7 days a week.

Good points. I’ve adopted the rules as I won’t be taking daily pics, rather weekly. I read more than 10pages a day already and the water I already do. For me, it’s being accountable and cutting out alcohol and treats. I guess each to their own.

Jeez, you guys are a great help! 😂😅

You need to find positivity and good habits. I suggest following jame clear and reading his amazing book, Atomic Habits.

1. Improves my mental health 2. Can’t beat the muscle pump! 3. My alone time, which is time to shine.

I follow a bodypart split which means I’m lifting 5 days, at least, per week. Usually following hypertrophy style lifting of 8-12 reps.

Biceps & forearms. Then some abs and calves. Bodyparts which can get neglected on bodypart splits.💪🏻

It’s FlexFriday💪🏻 Today, it will be boulder shoulders and traps for me. #winning

You look great! But I don’t see why you should be cutting tbh. You seem lean/thin rather I think adding might be a better goal.

Incredible work 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I weight train💪🏻

Do what makes you happy, not others!
-
Everyone starts somewhere. And tbh, most people are only interested in themselves when lifting. You shouldn’t focus on others. Just get in there and get some.💪🏻

Abs, calves and core today. A bit of a recovery session after shoulders yesterday and a sports massage. #winning
