I hear you on stress. It has more of an effect on weight control than people realize. Distressing is one of the reasons I am trying to get back on a healthy routine.

Staying positive is critical. You are bound to hit the wall and staying focused and pushing through it is beyond satisfy.

Starting is the hardest part so be proud you are taking the step again. Having small, realistic goals help a lot and before you know it those small goals add up. Too many think too big when starting and quickly get discouraged.
