Hello, welcome to MFP!

I used the soup can and rolled it under my foot when it acted up, however since I've dropped 45 pounds it hasn't bothered me in almost a year. It can be excruciating pain and miserable to walk on. I hope recover you quickly.

O...H... Hello from another Columbus MFP'r! Sorry to hear about your losses, I'm in a similar situation with my mom and father in law passing within 3 weeks of each other so I completely understand what you are going through. Welcome to MFP!

You might consider a TENS unit for temporary relief until you can get into the doc. It worked for me when I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder. Can be hit or miss, some folks have good luck, others not so much. They are petty inexpensive on Amazon.

I will gain water weight if I take Ibuprofen (which is also an NSAID). l will have to pay attention next time I take any and log that on my food diary to see if I can correlate it to increase in appetite myself. Thanks for the info!

Just got mine this weekend, no idea where to start. I was heading to pinterest too!😎

Just do it...you'll be glad when it's done and proud of the accomplishment.😁 Get an indoor bike if space permits?

You are most likely eating too few calories as that is one of the signs; hair loss, brittle nails. Opening your diary to public and providing more stats (daily calorie allotment, height, weight, gender, age, activity level, etc.) in your post will give folks more info to determine for sure.

I vote for soups or stews in the crock pot. (Assuming you have a crock pot with removable crock). Prep your veggies and meat the night before and toss it all in the crock with broth/water and seasonings and refrigerate overnight. In the morning put the crock in the pot and cook on low all day. Soups always taste better…

I recently discovered that time sure does fly when I'm on my recumbent bike playing Animal Crossing! That half hour goes by quickly!
