To be shredded when the guys that gave me nicknames as a teen for being fat, are now fat.

Figure out WHY you want or need to.

Its weird, but I remind myself how every time I choose nutritious food, when I'm done I never wish I'd had a cheeseburger instead but often when I have the cheeseburger, I finish and think it wasn't worth it. You appreciate treats more if you limit them.

You gotta eat. Then eat more. You should be sick of eating. When I bulk, I'll eat from 4AM to 9PM and by afternoon, eating is a workout. I have to force food in. It doesnt help that I do it with whole food so it's just a ton of rice, chicken, tuna, pasta, broccoli, sweet potatoes, eggs and 2 gallons of water. It takes work…

Take 100 calories per day x 6 days and add them to the 7th. Same deficit.

Lundberg Organic Brown Rice Cakes. Idgaf about organic but these things are so much crunchier than Quaker ones.

Just like "Get Rich Quick with Jim Smith!". The people that benefit most are the people selling the program.

The one you enjoy. You'll stick to it.

I think OCB guys look great and natural is definitely the health conscious choice. Up to how the competitor wants to look.

Drink water to avoid retaining water. Counterintuitive, I know.

Water. Lots of water.

Whichever allows you to be consistent with hitting your desired intake.

Personally I'm a fan of metrics like steps; it's a lead measure where weight is a lag measure. Lead measure: A measurement you have direct control over. Think "shots on goal". Lag measure: The result of the lead measure efforts. Think "number on the scale". You can only affect the number on the scale indirectly through…

That question is too general. Statistically, diets have a -5% success rate but that's mostly due to the "dieting" method. I strongly recommend "Fat Loss Forever" by Layne Norton.

Why do people keep demonizing sugar?

Its Beyond me why someone would eat factory meat.

Lifting, maybe at home though.

It helps me to think of your weight being an ever fluctuating thing, not something that starts and stops. It varies our whole lives so you're not starting again, you're just making a correction. "Starting again" feels depressing, but maybe that's just me.

First, 👊🏼👏🏼 My biggest suggestion is to try to not focus on results, learn to love the lifestyle change, hold onto how you feel eating whole food and even that sense of accomplishment for making a good choice and find an activity you enjoy. Your workout could be Pokemon Go, it doesn't have to be a treadmill. If you enjoy…

I love a pb&j shake. I do: - Vanilla whey - Fair life skim milk - egg whites - pb - sugar free jelly - oats (not gf but it makes it bangin...not sure what you could sub) - ice

You can do either, but log the same as you weigh. For example, if its cooked, search "cooked (insert meat)". I prefer cooked for practicality; I cook a whole family pack of chicken, put in a container in the fridge and then I can either meal prep or have bulk meat to make fit my macros end of the day.

This. I'd eat this.

Compound movements. OHP, bench press, dips, bent over row (if you can), pullups/chinups/lat pulldowns are all solid.

Shoulders followed by 20 mins spin.

You owe him nothing. Thank him, and 👋🏻
