  • I'd saved a very favorite pair of jeans from about 18 years ago. I haven't been able to squeeze in to them in at least 15 years. A couple of weeks ago I found them in the way back of my closet and thought "what the heck, might as well try them on", just knowing they still wouldn't fit. THEY'RE TOO BIG NOW!! Made my day. ;}…

  • I'm almost 70! (Yikes--not sure how that happened!!) A new vegan--just one month. We feel better already, and are dropping pounds slowly but surely. Looking forward to following along with you all!
