My snacks are Big Macs and Pizza :) Seriously, the snacks on my meal plan are protein shakes, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, apples, almonds, walnuts, cheese, ceviche, or egg salad.

To gain 2 lbs, you would need to consume 17 Big Macs. You may want to track your weight on a weekly average and weigh yourself early in the morning. My weight varies by 6 lbs depending on time and day and day of week. Monday afternoon is usually the highest.

Please keep in mind that the scale doesn't tell the whole story. If you are working out and eating right, you could be losing fat and gaining lean mass. Be sure to take measurements too.
