Well, I started this 3 days ago, and already went over my eating yesterday... I will start again, fresh start today! One down..... Trying to do elliptical for 20 min a day.

It's taken me 20 days of the new year already, to finally get in gear and try to set goals to lose 15 pounds!! Now to stay with it!

I just joined this group mainly because I can't seem to stay on track by myself. I am at 206 right now, and my doctor says i should be around 175 to 180 for my height. I got down to 186 about 3 years ago, for my daughters wedding, but gone back up now. Plus I have high cholesterol and have had 2 stints put in my heart like…
