Intermittent Fasting has been helping me. ALOT. Ive chosen an 8 hour window to eat and I only have water for the remaining16 hours of my day. You are supposed to exercise. But yeah, so Ive lost 10 lbs in the last 3 weeks. Not alot but it has been motivating me.

Hello I am a 42yr old female, 6feet- 1.5 inches tall just joined. I live in AZ and I've already lost 10 lbs this year. Do you exercise or just portion control?
