  • Calories in and calories out put you in either deficit or surplus. Do cardio and weight training together. By the way, bodybuilding starts from kitchen. Reduce carb and increase protein. If you want I can help you choose a diet plan.
  • Love yourself just because you’re unique. Do what you think is right for you. Trial and error is the best technique to learn something new than what somebody says on Youtube. Never push your body beyond the limit in excessive training or dieting. Set a goal first and train according to it!
  • I usually train 6 days a week and hit every muscle atleast twice a week. I’ve increased calories and gained both muscle n fat. Eat big to get bigger! I train chest n biceps, back n triceps, legs n abdomen on each days. If anybody wants to see my weight loss journey and current lean bulking, just text me.
