Thank you everyone. For some time before the removal of my lap band, all I was able to eat was ice cream and chips and dip. Thank you for mentioning that you have to build up the exercise. I’m post-op two months, but spent nearly a month in bed with complications. Top that with my weight and I am seriously out of shape. I’m doing the best I can though.
