Shoot the UPC label and enter an estimate of how much sauce you applied. Some of it will drip off, some of it will stick to the plate, some of it will desiccate and cook to a delicious addition to your BBQ. Then relax, worrying any more about calories takes the fun out of BBQ.

When we told them our schedule...YES. That was a key point in the planning, when we could get in. They're a parent, too. They fully know teens go to school during the day, aren't likely to get up at 5:00am to go work out, aren't likely to come in the evenings.

I get off work, go to the gym, come home and get ready to cook dinner. I find grilling goes better with a cold one or two. Could be discipline, could be routine, but the latter doesn't affect the former.

OMG yes! The Shingrix vaccine was multiples of times worse than Covid (Moderna). Felt like a truck ran over my shoulder for over a week. And this is a common side-effect, so common they told me my shoulder would ache afterwards...and it did...and I still took it, because its still better than a case of the shingles.
