Sounds great! Today for breakfast I did a salad with baby spinach, arugula, cucumber, tomato, avocado, raw garlic, bacon, hard boiled eggs, and the basic vinaigrette from the whole 30 book (1/4 cup acv, 3/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper).

There are ways to test for diastis recti at home and there are also non-surgical ways to help the problem. Do some research just so you can rule that out to make sure certain exercises won’t be harmful. The wellness mama blog has some good info and resources on DR. Brand new to this forum and I have to say...don't like the idea of going to the gym either. Maybe I will when I've lost the first 20 pounds. I've been dancing in my living room to Fitness Marshall videos on you tube and having a blast. It feels so good to sweat again!
