Thanks everyone, I understand this will be a long process, so I want to form better habits. The gym doesn't offer Pilates, but they do have a variety of yoga classes at varying intensities, including hot yoga. They have a circuit resistance training I have done a few times too that I really like.

I recently joined a gym called Chuze, which is a chain in CA, AZ and CO, they have a class just like Orange Theory (two friends are former OTF members).
