Hello ladies... see ya'll making good progress! Awesome! I got my body comp stats today: 53, 5'4" SW: 138 CW: 137 GW: 135 (Feb goal) SBF: 30% CBF: 27.1% GBF: 26% (Feb goal) Muscle mass increased from 53.4lbs to 55.6lbs. I feel stronger!! Hoping to get to 20% BF by May.
