I weighed myself on the 3rd Jan, and I was the heaviest I’ve ever been. So I’ve taken control of my life and in the past month lost 7.1kg so far, this year will be the year I finally get to goal.

Muscle doesn’t weigh more than fat, 1lb of muscle is the same as 1lb of fat, but if you were to have it on scales in front of you then you would have more fat than muscle. I weigh every morning, sometimes I forgot the odd day usually at the weekend. I find it helps me keep on track otherwise I’m sure I would slip up during the week and binge eat. I also log my weight onto the app Happy Scale as I like the visualisation of the goals.
