Thursday JFT: 1. Reasonable evening snacking 2. Mindful eating—slow down! 3. Be in the green I like to keep things simple :) today I had an issue with suddenly eating a lot of food this evening before bed. I think I didn’t eat enough earlier in the day and then was super hungry for dinner and after.
