I had it in March. I still can't do vigorous exercise such as HIIT or running as I'm just completely out of breath. It's frustrating and I've gained a stone! :( I've started to accept that I need to go back to basics so am just starting with walking and step workouts on YouTube.

It is frustrating. My workouts don't sync either. It's a known problem that they're working on but as to when it will be resolved, 🤷🏼♀️. Another member offered a solution that's working for most of us; download the Health Sync app and connect Samsung Health to it and Google Fit. Then choose Google Fit as your steps…

I've been a Les Mills On Demand member for 2.5 years. I've been in the best shape of my life at times when following the programs but I've always incorporated running alongside it.
